Looking for a place to unwind, laugh, talk, and just breathe for a bit? Join us for Mind Bloom: Teen Talks, a chill every-other-Friday hangout where teens and tweens can connect, express themselves, and explore what’s on their minds in a fun, supportive space.

We’ll be using Nourishing Minds, a mental-health–focused conversation game built around three core ideas, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brave Spaces, and Co-design to help spark meaningful conversations in a creative, low-pressure way. The game uses interactive activities, open-ended prompts, and hands-on expression to help teens reflect, share, learn from each other, and feel heard. It’s designed to be welcoming, engaging, and uplifting, encouraging teens to explore their thoughts, identities, and emotions while having fun and building community. SNACKS PROVIDED WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
