Thousands of books will be available – many of them discarded from the library and others donated from the public – across many genres. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Hardcover books will be priced at $0.50 each. Paperbacks, media, and all children’s books will be $0.25 each. Saturday is “Bag Day” when a paper grocery bag full of books will cost only $1.00. (Bags will be provided.)
FABL is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that raises funds through the sale of discarded library books and donated books. Donations that are clean and in good condition are always welcome. FABL book sale proceeds help support projects and special programs at the library for both adults and children. For the 2026 fiscal year, FABL approved a donation of almost $30,000 to Beloit Public Library.
