Reserve a Room (by room)

The Community Room, when in its full state, is the largest meeting room available. It can accommodate the largest variety of setups as well as the largest number of people. It can serve the needs of people with difficulty hearing with built-in Hearing Loop technology. 

The South side of the Community Room is the largest of the two sides when the room is divided. It includes the kitchen and all other amenities featured in the full room configuration. It can serve the needs of people with difficulty hearing with built-in Hearing Loop technology. 

The North side of the Community Room is the smallest of the two sides when the room is divided. It has its own projector, screen, and sound system.

The Riverside Room is a cozy room with a fireplace that usually is open to patrons as a regular library space, but also can be reserved for meetings and events. It has no built-in technology, but a portable P.A. system and television cart are available.

More than half of the Program Room is tiled, so it makes the perfect space for messy events that include crafting and/or food. It includes a sink and counter area, as well as a large green wall can serve as a green screen.

This room is available for use for local boards and organizations that need a location for a more private meeting. The large conference table can accommodate up to 14 chairs with room around the exterior for additional seating.

This classroom includes a large whiteboard, along with a projector, screen, and in-desk outlets to provide power for each participant.

This large classroom includes a large whiteboard, along with a projector, screen, in-ceiling microphones, and tracking camera that provides the ability to host a hybrid meeting or class.

This classroom has a large whiteboard and seating for as many as 16 people, depending on the setup selected.
