Meet Beloit's new Library Chef: Chef "T."

We’re excited about the latest addition to our online resources — Library Chef — offering cooking lessons, recipes, and quick kitchen skills tutorials for adults of all levels! Beloit Public Library is the first in the state to get this new resource. With Library Chef, you can learn essential skills from professional instructors and guest chefs from around the world. With on-demand access to the chef's exclusive collection of culinary classes, you can cook and learn at your own pace, whenever it fits your schedule on whatever device you have at home. New full-length classes and short video tutorials are added to the collection each month. 

Of course you can do all this from home, but in this program, we'll gather to explore the site. We'll watch a class, check out a couple of tutorials, distribute recipes, and taste a few things as well. Let's make cooking a joyous adventure, right here at your library!
