Learn what Kombucha is, where it came from, why it’s good for you … AND how to make it at home for a fraction of the store-bought price. The first 10 to register will take home a starter kit including starter tea and SCOBY plus a 1-gallon brewing jar.

We'll do a bit of demonstrating and a lot of tasting so you can get a sense of how choosing your own ingredients and fermenting time can make for much more varied brews than you'll find in stores.
